I. Shipping Fee

For regular in-stock items, processing time is 4-7 business days after order confirmation.
Pre-sale items' processing time is generally notified on the product page.

Generally, the estimated delivery time after order comfirmation is approximately 4-7 business days.
Customized delivery is not supported.

Address and Contact Information: Please provide a deliverable address and contact number when placing your order.
Inspection Requirements:

Please inspect the goods on arrival to ensure the outer packaging is intact.
Confirm that the quantity of items matches the order details.
It is prohibited to open the package before signing for receipt. If the outer box seal is damaged or torn, you have the right to reject the delivery.
If after opening the package, you find any irregularities in the seal, missing items, wrong colors, etc., please immediately contact customer service for assistance, and keep the package in its original condition.

Regulations for Proxy Signing: If you cannot sign for the delivery yourself, please entrust someone else to do so, and strictly abide by the inspection regulations.
Order Modification: Address and contact information modifications are not supported after order confirmation.
